Banks along this rural road had grown too steep to mow over the years. Cleared brush with the dozer, reshaped the hillsides so the owner can brush hog them going forward. Field ditches cleaned out the same day.

Full site prep from raw land to finished shop pad with gravel drive. Floor elevation left 4 inches low for the concrete contractor. Start to finish, one operator.
Earthwork
A 6-foot-deep pond full of muck — no fish, too close to neighboring homes to leave. Filled it with the skid steer, no room for a dozer. Four pine trees removed. Now usable yard.
Land Clearing
Half a mile of fence line — thorn trees, hedge, brush pulled out of fence lines and ditches. Excavator with hydraulic thumb plus skid steer. Turned out great.
Drainage
Three eroded waterways — deepest at 5 feet. Stripped topsoil, filled with clay, spread topsoil back for seed growth. All three straightened. Rock crossings hauled in for full-field access.
Site Prep
Shot multiple elevations with the laser to match the future deck height exactly. Pad came out level and perfect for the customer's pool install.

Removed an abandoned mobile home, cleared the site, built a 40×50 pad with driveway ready for contractors to build a shop. Clean slate from ugly to usable.
